**The Role**:
It is a management work inside the busy office, you will be responsible in maintaining all buildings safety regulations which includes : insurance, fire safety issues, contacting with related departments such as insurance, fire safety company, council, owners etc. And some office assistant works to support the team.

**Requirements**:

- Enthusiastic & self motivated with positive attitude,, keen to learn
- Organizing and coordinating skills.
- Attention to details
- Interpersonal skill, written, math and computer use friendly
- Will consider somebody with transferable skills outside of strata

Salary range marked here is starting point for your reference, it will be reviewed from time to time based on your performance.

Must be PR or Citizen.

- Friday ), Permanent

Salary **starting** from : $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
