Role:

- Managing portfolio: management of maintenance and repairs, budgeting, meetings, dealing with owners and enquiries;
- Customer service: Build trustable, reliable relationship with stakeholders.

**Senior Level role **(will be allocated to leader position ):

- Guiding, coaching & motivating the team to a high professional standard performance
- Providing quality control in all strata managing activities
- Providing support to staffs when need
- Managing a small number of prestige schemes
- Business growth strategic contribution

**To be successful in above roles ( Strata manager or Senior strata manager)**:

- Strata management experience
- Strata legislation Knowledge : Familiar with and understanding strata act and regulations, enable to use them correctly in daily management work
- Strong people skills : Maintaining strong relationship by qualities such as tact and understanding
- Be responsible, adaptable and can work autonomously in a team
- Time management, efficient response, task prioritization
- Good communication skills, can proper express accurately, verbally & in written

Must have full working permit.
