**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Ecommerce Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our small online business. This role is hands-on and varied, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, order management, and general ecommerce support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Order Fulfilment**: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- **Customer Service**: Respond to customer inquiries on eBay (and other platforms) promptly and professionally.
- **Platform Management**: Update and maintain product listings, pricing, and inventory levels across our ecommerce platforms.
- **Order Processing**: Place stock orders with suppliers as needed and track deliveries.
- **Marketing Support**: Assist with basic advertising and promotions while keeping within budget.
- **General Support**: Help with any other tasks related to the smooth running of the online store.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in **ecommerce, retail, or warehouse operations** is an advantage, but not essential.
- Good computer skills (familiarity with **eBay, Shopify, or similar platforms** preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Physically able to handle pick/pack tasks.
