**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular audits on inventory to ensure accuracy of stocks level.
- Identify discrepancies and implementing corrective actions to maintain data integrity
- Provide support the daily/monthly/quarterly website updates
- Manage daily operation of e-commerce platforms, oversee inventory management, products and orders fulfillment
- Attend to all customer inquiries

**About You**:

- Fluency in English and able to converse in basic Mandarin is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiar with various communication platforms and customer relationship management system.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting customer needs.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
