**Objectives of the role**:
The position will work closely with a range of internal stakeholders, ICT teams, business leaders and external partners to develop and manage the design, planning, implementation, and operation of end-to-end integrated system solutions.

The Applications Support Analyst will assist the Business Intelligence & Systems Manager in providing technical and business solutions to ensure a high standard of system performance, functionality, and reliability to support business operations and effectively deliver of programs and to continuously improve internal user and external customer experience.

**Responsibilities of this role will include**:

- Diagnosing and responding to support and service requests in a timely and effective manner
- Managing the testing and deployment of system updates, service requests and system changes
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in understanding business requirements and provide expert advice, recommend, design, and implement systems and technology solutions to support improved business processes
- Proposing and, in some cases, implementing solutions in a collaborative team setting, backed by compelling analysis
- Designing and developing reports and dashboards using various software solutions
- Assisting the design, implementation, operation and continuous improvement of system integration, data repository and ETL

**Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of Labour Hire, Disability Employment Services, Allied Health and NDIS service provision.
- Experience working with CRM's, Salesforce highly regarded.
- Experience in project management methodologies.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
