We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst for an immediate start with one of our leading providers in ICT. You will be an integral part of the team providing expertise and support.

**The Role**
- Assist with maintenance requirements for clients
- Troubleshooting technical issues of clients and providing guidance
- Solve technical issues with your peers
- Guaranteeing a great experience for clients
- Maintain a proper record of documentation
- Liaise with suppliers as required

**Experience Required**
- Consulting and/ or Help Desk related experience in a mid-market IT environment, along with knowledge of general server administration and Windows server experience.
- Windows 7/10/11 troubleshooting
- Thorough experience in Office 365 Experience in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Windows Serve, Sophos UTM, Sophos Central and Veeam will be highly regarded.
- Experience in Microsoft Hyper-V and/ or VMWare ESXi.
- Knowledge of SQL database environment
- Exposure to programming, an IS&T environment and network administration
- Capability to communicate efficiently with client's and colleagues and build trusted relationships with them.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Willing to work independently and in a team environment to complete tasks.
- Tertiary degree qualifications (Bachelor of IT Systems Administration or similar) would be highly regarded
