**We are seeking individuals with a clinical or care background to leverage their expertise in a dynamic IT environment.**

As an_ IT Application Support Analyst_, you will be part of a team that maintains and develops Eldercare’s Business Application Systems, with a focus on our new Clinical System. Your role will involve ongoing system maintenance and user support.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Providing ongoing maintenance and management of our Business Application Systems.
- Defining and configuring systems, including workflows, system interfaces, reports, system access, testing, and user training.
- Collaborating with users to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Identifying innovation opportunities that align with Eldercare’s strategic goals and enhance our business systems.
- Supporting, developing, and maintaining the Eldercare Business Application Systems.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Information, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of Application Support (or similar) experience is required.
- Experience with Aged Care or Clinical systems
- The ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication for different audiences.
- Excellent organisation skills that allow you to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.

- To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (vulnerable) and clearance needs to be less than 12 months from the date of issue._
