
Office Administration Assistant

**Job description**:
Managing and processing client’s information with high level of discretion.
Data entry
Writing reports
Managing staff files and client files.
Assisting in company events and performing other administrative tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
Minimum Bachelor degree
Excellent computer skills (especially MS Office packs)
Proficient in English and Vietnamese (speaking and writing)
Full working right for at least 1 year
Have driver licence and own a car
Detail-oriented and Well organized.
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- South Morang, VIC 3752: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
