**About the role**
eHealth NSW has an exciting new opportunity for a collaborative Change & Adoption Lead to join its Capability Practice, housed in the Program Delivery Directorate. As a member of the newly established Capability Practice Change & Adoption team, you will drive the adoption and support the change implementation of programs and projects, optimising the delivery of safe and integrated clinical ICT systems into NSW Health. Your expertise as a Change & Adoption Lead will also support the Change & Adoption Capability Manager to develop a centre of excellence for the discipline. You will be a high achieving, outcomes focused individual ensuring high quality artifacts and certified change practices are embedded into the Program and Projects being delivered by eHealth NSW.
eHealth NSW’s implementation of a centralised operating model establishes a new way of working, realises the benefits of discipline-based teams led by dedicated Capability Managers. The teams are grouped together into five distinct capability areas, Business Analysis, Testing, Solution Architecture & Technical Analysis, Change and Adoption, and Program and Project Management. These teams of highly skilled individuals from key ICT Program management disciplines are deployed into programs and projects, to support the delivery of high-quality services into our Hospitals, supporting our Clinicians to deliver better value care and patient outcomes for the NSW Community. **About you**
The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you include:
- You are a collaborative and talented leader with a successful track record in leading medium to large scale change management programs/projects in a large complex customer centric fast paced organisation.
- You have experience in gathering requirements; develop, implement and monitor change management plan; communication management plan as well as business readiness activities.
- You have strong influencing skills, proficient in building and maintaining effective relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, across all levels of an organisation.
- You maintain a high standard of work including navigate competing deadlines and priorities.
You are a team player with a can-do attitude and remain composed and calm and act constructively in highly pressured and unpredictable environments.
