Easy Authoring is seeking an experienced Change Analyst who will deliver change management activities to support the implementation of new operating models.

**Purpose of the role**:
The Change Analyst will deliver change management activities to support the implementation of a new operating model across our Service Delivery Directorate. Working as part of the Service Delivery Operating Model Program.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Conducting change impact assessments to identify areas of change to be addressed for the successful adoption of the new operating model.
- Develop change and adoption strategies and plans to successfully implement the new Service Delivery operating model.
- Assessing organisational change readiness to inform change and staff engagement strategies.
- Analysing organisational data to inform change management strategies.
- Collaborating effectively with a range of key stakeholders, including Service Delivery leaders, employees and intersecting program or project teams.
- Providing informed and timely advice to key stakeholders, including the preparation of updates, reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Effectively managing stakeholders’ relationships to achieve team/project/business objectives

**Selection criteria**:

- Extensive experience in change management in a large or complex environment, including proven knowledge and practical experience working with change management tools and methodologies (i.e. **PROSCI/ADKAR).**:

- Well-developed interpersonal, consultation and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging, facilitating, collaborating, and influencing key stakeholders and customers to deliver value.
- High-level analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources to prepare strategies, plans, reports, process maps and achieve business focussed solutions.
- Advanced skills in communicating qualitative and quantitative information to varying audiences using Microsoft Office products in a creative and innovative format.
- Excellent organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding complex environment, with a proven ability to prioritise competing demands and achieve results within tight timeframes.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment as well as individually.
