Led by the Executive Director Quality and Safety and working closely with key stakeholders, the Quality and Safety Unit supports our Program leaders to embed strong clinical governance processes. This is critical to underpin the delivery of safe and effective care to every patient, every time.
We now have a great opportunity for an outstanding clinical professional to join our well regarded Quality and Safety team in a full time ongoing role.
**About the Role**
The Quality & Safety Unit are seeking four (2) full time employees to join the Clinical Outcomes team. As a member of the Quality & Safety Unit, the Quality Systems Administration Officer utilises their skills and knowledge to support the serious adverse patient safety event (SAPSE) and Statutory Duty of Candour (SDC or open disclosure) review process, to deliver improved clinical outcomes and patient experience.
The Quality Systems Administration Officer:
- Provides administrative support to the Clinical Outcomes Team, Consumer Relations Team, and other key stakeholders who are undertaking SAPSE reviews and SDC processes
- Works closely with the key stakeholders to ensure that relevant meetings are organised in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support for teams working on projects aimed at improving clinical governance processes.
- Models and promotes Monash Health’s values and code of conduct.
