Lifesaving Victoria - we are Victoria's peak water safety and lifesaving organisation and are committed to our **mission** to prevent aquatic related death and injury across all Victorian communities. Our vision is that all Victorians will learn water safety, swimming and resuscitation and be provided with safe aquatic environments and venues.

**How will this position contribute to Life Saving Victoria’s Vision?**

LSV is a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering training and assessment courses focusing predominantly on first aid, emergency response and water safety across the state both in metro Melbourne and regionally.

Reporting to the Quality Assurance and Systems Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the compliance activities associated with LSV’s status as a registered training organisation (RTO). This will include the development and review of learning resources, the delivery of compliance validation, internal auditing and reporting activities. You will also contribute towards the maintenance of the training technology platforms and the engagement and support of trainers and assessors.

The role will be based in Port Melbourne, with the ability to work flexibly.

**Who are you?**

This position would ideally suit an experienced RTO compliance officer or someone with experience with instructional design/development. Overall, this individual will need to have exceptional attention to detail and experience working with a range of publishing software’s to produce high quality materials.
