**About the role**
The purpose of the Social Media Campaigns Officer is to to deliver engaging and educational social media content and campaign activities for the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator, to internal and external stakeholders, in line with the organisation’s strategic objectives and branding
**Please note: this is a 12 month contract.**
**_ Key responsibilities of this role are: _**
- Research, develop and publish engaging social media content aligned with the NHVR social media strategy
- Support the Manager Campaigns in developing the NHVR social media strategy and campaign strategies
- Develop social media content and strategies for the NHVR’s road safety campaigns
- Provide best-practice community management on NHVR’s and campaign social media channels - through responding to comments and direct messages with accurate, timely and customer-focused information
- Monitor media and social media platforms to identify issues and trends, and report on activity to improve performance and inform the organisation
**About You**
- To be successful in this role you will possess_**_: _**
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, media, communication or related field
- Experience working with social media management tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Falcon, Hootsuite)
- Experience working on social media campaigns - utislising Ads Manager platforms
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, PhotoShop, Illustrator)
- Demonstrated experience in developing creative and informative content for social media - Meta, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and TikTok
- Demonstrated experience in social media community management - preferably for a large or complex organisation or agency-side
- Demonstrated experience in developing and running social media campaigns through Ads Manager
- Ability to source and transform complex information into engaging and fit-for-purpose content in line with style
- Demonstrated strong written communications skills in a range of formats (e.g. web content, news articles, reports, internal communication)
