A
**6-month fixed term opportunity** has become available in our amazing Bupa Optical Marketing & Digital team, reporting into the General Manager of Marketing and Digital.
**This is a hybrid role and can be based remotely or from one our Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane office locations when not working from home.
As the CRM Analyst you will play a pivotal role in helping organise and analyse marketing and customer data to help us acquire, retain, and grow our customer base whilst ensuring data is being used as effectively as possible.

**How will I help?
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

- Collaborating with marketing teams to develop new CRM campaigns as well as evolve existing campaigns to drive key customer lifecycle objectives and grow customer loyalty. Identifying channel specific and customer trends will be key to your success
- Investigating, measuring, and consistently reporting on effectiveness across all marketing channels and aligned across platforms including Marketing Data Capability, Power BI portal, Adobe Analytics as well as Vision6 marketing automation platform
- Designing and creating technical data-driven solutions which include but are not limited to retention, RFM, segments, modelling, manipulating complex datasets, descriptive analytics
- Champion a culture of customer centricity across a complex organisation
- Providing a strong understanding of behavioural insights, and best practice methodologies to enhance marketing performance through personalised interaction across multiple channels and continually deepen customer understanding.
- Taking charge of designing connections that merge data from multiple external sources and help the business discover new data sources while managing a technical project outcome in the data warehouse

**What do I need?**
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Analytics or similar
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing/campaign analytics
- Advanced SQL for extracting, querying, understanding relational databases are essential
- Experience in campaign analysis, execution, or marketing insights
- Experience in test and learn methodologies.
- A good understanding of statistical techniques and methodologies as well as an understanding of distributions, hypothesis testing, and A/B Testing
- Proficiency with dashboard, reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
- Strong visualisation skills (Ideally Power BI)
- Some experience across Adobe or Google Analytics (Adobe preferred)
- Exposure to Marketing Automation Tech/platforms
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end process of a marketing campaign
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present and influence senior stakeholders
