**MS Dynamics Lead**
- Work with customer stakeholders to analyse business requirements, define functional specifications, and provide recommendations regarding strategic and operational uses of CRM platform
- Collaborate with business analysts, software developers, software architects and other team members and propose the best design approach regarding the overall solution including system design, data integration and migration on Dynamics CRM/365 projects.
- Develop robust architecture design and functionality and Identify creative solutions to meet system/business requirements,
- Independently drive a team of developers to deliver the overall solution
- Responsible for development efforts for software enhancements, extensions, defect corrections and integration of features in Dynamics 365 CE.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions for resolution
- Take a user-cantered approach and rapidly iterate.

Required Qualifications
- Strong CRM industry and product knowledge. Must have 8+ years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development experience
- Excellent knowledge of SOA based architecture REST/SOAP.
- Proficiency in C#,.Html ,jQuery, JSON, JavaScript, JavaScript Frameworks, Model Binding, and Asynchronous programming.
- Knowledge in Power Platform apps (Model Driven app, Power Automate, canvas app..etc), Good understanding of SSRS and CRM Reports
- Good understanding of Azure tools and technologies, Power platform experience is a must have
- Ability to develop solutions based on the description of business logic and based on the existing Application.
- Ability to work capably under stress and juggle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
- Agile development experience.
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills; sensitive to working in a multicultural environment.
- Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with stakeholders at all levels
- Should have working knowledge to drive offshore teams from onshore

Optional Qualifications
- MS Dynamics CE experience (Certifications a plus).
- Proficiency in ASP.net MVC framework and techniques.
- Skills in web services, XML, HTML5, SharePoint, SSIS, SSRS, MVC.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
