Melbourne, Australia ANZ Banking Group Full time

About the role

**Job Title**: Lead Data Analyst - Commercial CRM

**Location**: Melbourne

**Type**: 12 month fixed term contract

At ANZ our purpose is to shape a world where people and communities thrive and to achieve this, we need a talented Lead Data Analyst to join our Tribe. The purpose of the tribe is to address systemic issues and to ultimately transform the way we run Commercial to make great business and home lending experiences possible for our customers. Our aim is to provide our customers with simple, industry-leading business and home lending solutions, quickly, reliably and cost-effectively that support great outcomes for all our stakeholders.

As a Lead Data Analyst for Commercial CRM you will be working with the broader CRM (SalesForce) team and divisional stakeholders across Commercial to shape and oversee data capabilities and features for CRM. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to shaping and designing agreed data models, data mapping and analytical and monitoring solutions for strategic CRM services including the process and controls required to deliver this sustainably. You are to ensure quality of critical data is upheld within the CRM solution, including e2e process designs to maintain data integrity through the data lifecycle, including oversight and design of the data migration strategy. In addition, you are to ensure well managed data management disciplines are embedded in the delivery teams and as part of the controls embedded in banker facing CRM processes.

What will your day look like
You will be involved in undertaking analysis to support the existing CRM delivery work.
You will lead and drive the data focussed requirements activities to ensure data used in CRM is trusted - data governance, data management (lifecycle, reference data, master data, hierarchies), implementation of controls to ensure data is fit for purpose, data quality issue identification and resolution, migration strategies and ensuring that downstream consumers receive the data they need.
You will lead, assist and provide meaningful and relevant insights delivery - identifying consumer teams and insights generators to ensure CRM contributes to the overall health of the Commercial portfolio.
You will design and optimise business changes across People, Process, Data and Technology as required to address the requirements and therefore uplift customer engagement, business performance and minimise delivery and operational risks.
Attend daily stand-ups to align progress on your individual tasks.
Working with Product Owners to design capabilities that address program priorities and utilise the capabilities that Salesforce provides.
Defining high and lower-level data architecture that can be used as requirements to be executed against by our engineering teams.
Working with architecture peers, business stakeholders, analysts and engineers to ensure the defined solutions deliver on the business requirements and are aligned with the strategic directions and governance rules.
Contributing to documentation and governance standards that describes the platform, its capabilities and controls.
What will you bring?

We know not everyone will bring all of the skills and experience, and at ANZ we are focused on people bringing a growth mindset to their approach to work. Some of the skills we are looking for are below, but don’t worry if you don’t have all of these as learning on the job is the way we work.
But back to some of the skills
- You are a strong cross functional collaborator with outstanding communication and presentation skills with an ability to build, maintain and grow internal stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
You are a thought leader with an inquisitive mindset and are driven by curiosity, creativity, simplifying and resolving complex processes and issues.
Experience in executing business change including key stakeholder/senior management along the journey.
You have exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and develop others.
You will have deep expertise and strong systems thinking and hands on knowledge and experience with tools and techniques for data analysis and modelling e.g. data migration approaches, data pipelines, cloud native technology stacks, security controls and automation of control environments.
Demonstrated familiarity with systems, processes, and architectures from both a business and technical perspective with preference for CRM and/or marketing/leads management domains.
You have in-depth domain knowledge of data governance, data security, warehousing, reporting and BI solutions.
Experience in Agile methodology and/or leadership of agile development.

You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills. At ANZ a growth mindset is at the heart of our culture and we actively encourage people to try new things. So if this role interests you and you feel you have most of these things in your toolbox, we’d love to hear from you.
