**Description**:
The role

We’re looking for someone to partner with local employers in the Northern and Western Melbourne Regions and support them to find the right people for their business. You’ll become the local face of Campbell Page and have the opportunity to change lives with your relationship building skills.

As a Specialist within the team, you will have the opportunity to:

- Conduct business development activities with local businesses, including reverse marketing, telemarketing, and lead generating activities.
- Work closely with our customers to identify their employment needs and provide support throughout their job search journey.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and employers to secure successful job placements and support new business opportunities.
- Enhance customer experience by providing exceptional service and support.
- Demonstrate your track record of meeting KPIs, building relationships, and displaying a resilient, positive attitude.

Whether employers are looking to fill a long-term position, achieve greater diversity or need more hands-on deck for a short-term project fast, you’ll have the answer. You’ll work closely with our frontline staff and customers from a range of our employment programs to find the right staff member, every time.

**Skills and Experiences**:
What do you need to thrive and succeed within this role?

To succeed in this role, you’ll be able to confidently build and maintain relationships with employers and internal stakeholders in person and on the phone. You’ll be passionate about helping our customers into employment and be the sort of person that likes breaking new ground.

You should have a good understanding of the local labour market and be able to capitalise on opportunities with rapid pace.

**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Demonstrated personal integrity, professionalism and empathy towards people living with Disabilities.
- Has strong solution sales, business development/out bound sales experience.
- Has strong organisational and administration skills.
- Possesses excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.
- Has the ability to engage successfully with employers, building long-term relationships.
- Can adhere to quality and contractual compliance.
