Entego is seeking the services of a full time Project Administrator / Project Associate to support energy consulting services business. The role will be split between our Perth CBD office and attending project sites across the metropolitan area.

**Responsibilities**

**Project Coordination**
- Assist in the development of client project proposals including research, investigation of requirements, and structuring of project deliverables.
- Develop project delivery plans for the provision of energy consulting services for Entego in respect to Expressions of Interest (EOI) and Request for Pricing (RFP) processes.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements in respect to consulting projects.
- Liaise with clients in respect to the delivery of client projects,
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues with deliverables, timing and stakeholders concerning Entego and client projects.
- Formalisation and documentation of internal processes at as required to support the operation of the EMS contracts and project requirements.
- Maintain project documentation as required to support the delivery of Entego and client projects.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating data sources and performing data quality checks.
- Collaborate and engage with the Entego team members, clients and external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and validity of project deliverables.
- Assist in the development of project deliverables as part of Entego’s consulting services including conducting analysis, modelling, report writing, review and research.

**Highly Regards Skill / Experience**
- Experience with the operation of biomass or waste-to-energy, utility scale electricity generation facilities.
- Intermediate to advanced experience in the use of Project Management tools such as MS project, Atlassian JIRA, Atlassian Confluence and Trello.
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of the Project lifecycle, methodologies, documentation, tools and model (Waterfall, Agile, Trello, Jira)
- Exceptional ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Written and spoken competency in Filipino / Tagalog is highly regarded.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
