Administration Geologist, part time, overseeing the statutory reporting. Providing administration support to the Geology team.

This is a part time position, 2-3 days a week with a possibility of more hours in the future.
Statutory report compilation and timely reporting requirements to DMIRS
Assist with the compilation and validation of Form 5 Expenditure reporting data.
Create and maintain a digital library record of technical and other geological reports (electronic and hardcopy) encompassing all active exploration projects.
Collate inputs for weekly, monthly and drill programme reporting, e.g. drilling statistic metrics, significant intersections, drill sections, plans.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, we would like to see;
A tertiary degree in Geology and minimum 7 industry experience.
Capable report writing skills including specific experience in the completion of geological reports.
A strong understanding of and experience with DMIRS statutory reporting requirements and tenement requirements.
Proficiency with MS Office products.
A West Australian C class driver’s license (manual) and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance for site access clearance purposes.

This is a contract role but there is the possibility that in the future it could go permanent or to more days a week.
