- Manly Management Pty Ltd_ are contracted as rental property managers, building managers and groundskeepers for townhouse complexes in Brisbane's northern suburbs. We are family-owned, take pride in our work, and enjoy what we do.

**The role**

We are looking for a Junior or Assistant Property Manager. The position can be tailored for either someone new to the industry who is looking to jump-start their career. Or, if you demonstrate your experience, fast-track to managing your own portfolio, with the right support and mentorship to ensure success.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Conduct open for inspections & private inspections
- Prepare lease documents & lease sign ups
- Manage repairs & maintenance
- Mix of in and out of office duties
- Conduct reference checks for potential tenants
- Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit reports
- Assisting Senior Property Managers
- Communication with clients where required
- Opportunity to grow into a Property Management Role

- Enjoys critical thinking and problem-solving
- High level of attention to detail
- Wanting a career in Real Estate
- Client-focused and results-driven, you are confident and skilled in interacting with customers and team members of varying demographics
- With excellent communication skills, you are naturally motivated by building strong relationships
- Vibrant personality with high energy
- You have full Australian working rights as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Property management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
