**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide chairside assistance and support sterilisation protocols, ensuring infection control standards are met across the practice
- Process HICAPS payments and assist with account management
- Manage stock levels, place orders, and maintain inventory
- Contribute to both internal and external marketing initiatives

**About You**:

- Confident using computers and dental software
- Possess excellent spoken and written English skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Friendly, respectful and professional demeanour
- Passionate about contributing to the growth and success of the practice
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Conscientious, reliable, and ethical
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
