We are seeking a friendly and cheerful individual to join our team at Lillybrook Dental. We value our patient-centric philosophy and seek like-minded individuals who excel in customer service and go the extra mile. This position is an immediate start.

The main responsibilities are:

- Chair side assistance with sterilisation duties and maintaining infection control standard of the practice.
- General reception duties
- Processing HICAPS payments and managing accounts.
- Ordering and stock keeping.
- Aid in both internal and external marketing.

The successful applicant should:

- Preferably have previous experience in the dental field
- Be experienced and confident in using computers
- Have a sound knowledge of the English language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be courteous and respectful
- Have a passion for seeing the business grow
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
- High levels of conscientiousness
- Proactive about improvement and can work independently
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Reliable and Ethical

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $21.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Dental assisting: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
