What you'll be doing

Manage a well-maintained portfolio of around approx. 190 properties

Building strong connections with owners and tenants

Coordinating maintenance and repairs

Staying on top of arrears management

What we're looking for

Experience in Property Management

Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Certificate of Registration

Driver's licence and reliable car

Strong communication and organisational skills

A genuine passion for people and problem-solving
