**THE DEPARTMENT**
The Alfred Health Payroll Services Department provides Payroll and Onboarding Administration and related support services to all employees across Alfred Health and operates a role based structure.
Payroll Services Administrators are employed in the Payroll Operations group which has 3 primary roles:
- Payroll Administration o Payroll payments to employees
- Onboarding Administration o Creation & Maintenance of Employee records
- Customer Support o Front line support for all Payroll Services
Payroll Services Administrators are assigned to roles within the Payroll Operations Group. Rotation between processing roles and Onboarding Administration roles (Master Data) is required to meet business needs and the efficient use of resources & experience. Rotation is also encouraged to support Personal development of Staff.
**THE ROLE**
This position is required to work across all Alfred Health sites as required. The position will need to work in conjunction with Alfred Health’s Finance & Organisational Development Divisions including Recruitment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Employee Relations in the provision of a total Payroll Service.
**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**
- Victorian Certificate of Education
- Worked in a team environment in an open plan office
- Worked for a large complex organisation with multiple sites and a unionised workforce
- Positive mindset
