**About the role**

We are looking for a highly experienced training coordinator to join us in a full-time capacity located preferably in Sydney, however open to Melbourne.

You will be part of the
**Member Education team**, responsible for coordinating DCA Knowledge/Training Programs along with the following:

- Managing administration of DCA Knowledge/Training Programs delivered by DCA Facilitators.
- Fielding and responding to queries related to DCA Knowledge/Training Programs.
- Managing proposals and scheduling workshops with stakeholders.
- Diary management for DCA facilitators panel.
- Regular reporting of the training program data to the Board.
- Cost management of all the activities related to the training programs.
- Maintaining the training program documentation and workflows.
- Designing, analysis and reporting of the training program survey evaluation.
- Managing all the training program related activities on the CRM platform.
- Contributing/responding to Q&A’s along with other DCA education offerings as required.
- Embodies all DCA values in the performance of duties every day.
- Other administrative duties as required.

**Selection Criteria**

**Required**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar administrator/coordinator role.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and scheduling/organising skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Survey analysis and reporting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.

**Desirable**
- Knowledge/experience of workplace diversity and inclusion.
- Experience in coordinating education/ training programs and offerings.
