**Position overview**

**The Company**

We are an Australian local property developer with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. We focus on residential and commercial property developments and provide customers with a range of property services.

**Responsibilities include**

Ÿ Contribute to the development and implementation of compliance monitoring and internal controls in accordance with relevant risk and compliance frameworks and procedures.

Ÿ Provide operational and administrative supports to the finance team in preparing organisation-wide policies.

Ÿ Assist the finance team to prepare reviews and generate reports, highlighting any issues or areas requiring attention, and suggest necessary corrective actions.

Ÿ Track actions arising out of meetings.

Ÿ Help implement risk management practices by identifying potential areas of risk in real estate transactions, construction activities, and operational processes, and assisting in developing corrective measures.

Ÿ Assist relevant managers in analyse enquires, complaints or concerns.

**About you**

Ÿ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or a related field.

Ÿ Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, preferably in real estate or financial services.

Ÿ Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.

Ÿ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ÿ Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Ÿ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Ÿ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Ÿ Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
