We are currently seeking a Secondary Operations Officer to join our Business Services team.

The successful applicant should possess the following:

  • Active involvement in a local church with a Minister's reference;

  • Ongoing commitment to the College's Purpose, Mission, and Statement of Faith;

  • Commitment to setting an example to students, staff and parents in matters of faith and conduct;

  • Demonstrated administrative experience in a school or similar environment.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems.

  • Sound understanding of confidentiality, compliance and professional standards.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Capacity to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships with staff, students and families.

  • Experience working within an education setting would be highly desirable.
