**The Opportunity**

As the Senior Demand Planner for the Australian Non - Licensed business, you will play a pivotal role partnering with our Sales & Marketing teams in the development, tracking and modification of plans that underpin the forecasts that the business runs to. Utilising skill sets in areas such as statistical forecasting, trade promotional management, ERP systems and Integrated Business Planning the Senior Demand Planner will effectively challenge, influence and improve volume outcomes within the short and long term horizon for the business.
What you’ll be doing- Demand Planning: Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to manage the activities and assumptions that underpin the volume forecast for the business and ensure that the Commercial team determine a forecast that is the most likely outcome (MLO).
- IBP: Facilitate the demand process across the sales function & provide insights into performance that support the Commercial team’s success.
- Sales & Operations Execution: Track and manage demand plan changes and work with stakeholders across supply, NPD and finance to ensure monthly plans are delivered.
- Process Ownership & Development: Work with stakeholders to improve and drive the demand planning process to best-in-class practice.
Experience that you will bring- Stakeholder management: ability to build effective relationships to achieve business objectives.
- Advanced analytical abilities: experience interpreting complex data along with experience manipulating statical models to improve overall forecast performance.
- Proficiency with SAPIBP DP: adept in SAP.
- Commercial Acumen: ability to discuss change within the demand environment.
- Effective communication skills: ability to convey data and insights across stakeholders.
- Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving.
- Ability to bring an attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
