**Talent Acquisition Business Partner - 12 Month Parental Leave Contract**:
- 12 Month contract
- Hybrid role minimum 2 days a week office attendance.
We are looking for a dedicated and professional volume recruiter to join our team on a 12 month contract. You will work with a team who are as passionate about their work and our brands. At SRG we thrive on passion, whether it be sports, health, fitness, auto, hiking travel or outdoor fun there is something to get passionate about for everyone.
About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for an exceptional volume recruiter to come in and hit the ground running.
As a business we believe in flexible working, this role will be available as a hybrid role, working out of our Strathpine Support Office north of Brisbane with plentiful free onsite parking. Talk to us about your flexible working needs.

You will also have the following:
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting within a high volume environment
- Proven ability to achieve targets within tight timeframes
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Strong resilience and ability to take on a challenge
- A high level of self-motivation
- Outstanding and reliable work ethic
- Impeccable attention to detail
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft office and Excel
- Willingness to learn
You will be passionate about people, retail and customer service and committed to doing the best for your team and for our customers. You will be flexible to deliver in a continually evolving environment and possess strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting requirements.
