Job Description:We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with our business partners to bring in high-quality candidates for our retail brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the candidate experience from application to offer ensuring it's seamless, professional, and engaging.
- Support proactive sourcing by connecting with passive talent through social media, networks, and outreach.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including screening, right-to-work checks, background checks, and interview scheduling.
- Track recruitment metrics and help us deliver on SLAs and diversity goals.
- A team player with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with both candidates and leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure.
- Develop your skills in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder engagement.
- Gain exposure to talent strategy, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
- Work with a supportive and experienced Talent Acquisition team passionate about finding the best people.
