**About the role**:
Are you a Search Marketing Guru?

Each day will bring something different but the key responsibilities of this role will be:

- Supporting the Senior Manager Performance Manager in developing BCF’s organic and paid search acquisition plan
- Collaborate with agency partners to drive SEM activity through Search and Google Shopping Campaigns
- Conduct health checks in conjunction with weekly site audits to increase overall site health, crawlability and eliminate all indexing issues
- Utilise SEO tools and data to ensure key pages are optimised with the right keywords to drive high performing and most valuable traffic
- Execute SEO strategy and deliver compelling SEO optimised content for customers in their research / learn phase of their journey
- Contribute to the delivery of the Omni Digital strategy by testing and reporting on the performance of SEO and SEM initiatives
- Work with the UX / Experience teams within Group Omni Digital to improve search engine ranking through technical optimisation, including menu structure optimisation, URL optimisation, etc.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will be a results driven and outcome-focused individual. You will also bring:

- 3+ years in a similar role - SEM/SEO, eCommerce, Data Analytics
- Microsoft excel experience (data manipulation)
- SEO knowledge and skills including knowledge of keyword research and Google Analytics
- Highly self-motivated with strong organisational skills
- Excellent presentation and data storytelling skills
- Proactive team player with strong collaboration skills
- Ability to use SEO tools including but not limited to SEMrush, MOZ and Ahrefs, SimilarWeb
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Information Technology
