About the role

About the Role What you'll do
- Act as the primary engagement point for the technology group, connecting business needs with technology capabilities.- Provide strategic advice on leveraging technology to drive growth, efficiency, and market expansion.- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of technology services, including planning, building, and running platforms.- Ensure visibility and delivery of AI initiatives across Customer Markets.-
- Manage IT change delivery, resource planning, and supplier performance.- Oversee budgeting (capex and opex), risk management, and compliance with delivery standards.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in senior technology leadership within large-scale or complex enterprise environments.- Strong background in IT delivery, operations, and stakeholder engagement.- Expertise in SAP and Salesforce environments.- Experience managing third-party service providers and contracts.- Familiarity with Agile delivery and operational support models.- Strong people leadership and capability planning skills.- Data-driven decision-making mindset with a focus on performance metrics.- Strategic thinking with a strong execution focus and business acumen.- Ability to synthesize customer and business data to inform strategic direction.- Budget management and risk assessment capabilities under pressure.
