We're on the hunt for a commercially driven, growth-oriented, and visionary Head of Transformation Consulting to lead our strategic advisory practice and deliver transformation programmes that drive measurable business impact and revenue growth.

As our Head of Transformation Consulting, you're a bold thinker with strategic vision, executive influence, and a sharp eye for customer value. You bring deep experience working with enterprise clients to shape and deliver business transformation agendas. You thrive on innovation, lead with empathy, and know how to build high-performing teams that deliver real impact. Your ability to connect the dots between sales strategy, commercial outcomes, emerging tech, and human-centric design makes you a trusted advisor to the C-suite and a catalyst for change with business process re-engineering and AI transformation at your core.

What You'll Do

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of transformation consultants, business process re-engineers, enterprise architects, and strategy specialists
  • Design and deliver transformation roadmaps powered by AI, automation, and data analytics that create measurable financial and operational value
  • Partner with C-suite leaders to shape strategic initiatives and uncover growth opportunities and expansion pathways
  • Lead go-to-market strategy, shape compelling value propositions, and drive revenue growth through advisory-led engagements and integrated delivery models
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, agility, and human-centric design that enables innovation and sustainable growth.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years' leadership experience in consulting, business transformation, or strategy
  • Proven success leading complex, multi-stream transformation programmes
  • Deep understanding of the Australian enterprise market across public and private sectors
  • Strong sales orientation, commercial acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills
