**About the role**

Provide high-level, quality executive administrative support in a professional and timely manner to support the Chief Risk Officer.

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support and general assistance to the CRO and to facilitate effective use of time and maximise interaction with key stakeholders:

- Co-ordinate diary appointments
- Arrange meetings with Chiefs, Directors, management, staff, key external stakeholders etc.
- Confirm arrangements, book meeting rooms, circulate any agendas and relevant information where required
- Provide relevant background material ahead of meetings/ deadlines
- Type presentations, submissions, correspondence, reports and agendas etc. for approval and timely circulation where necessary
- Type and edit reports and presentations, undertake filing and archiving
- Complete monthly expenses and invoices
- Organising business appointments and travel arrangements for the CRO as necessary
- Coordinating the organisation of events including booking appointments, rooms and notifying attendees
- Managing and planning the operational rhythm of the team (regular meeting etc.) and aligning to the overall HCF rhythm
- Coordinating new starter requirements i.e. onboarding process
- Other ad hoc tasks if and where required
- Communicating on the CRO’s behalf with the organisation's Leadership Team or where necessary
- Initiating and coordinating team events to support engagement
- Participating and contributing to work projects as required
- Assisting the CRO with management of Executive Audit, Risk and Compliance (EARCC) meeting processes (4 meetings annually)
