Role & Responsibilities
- Lead NOC verticals and act as a SPOC for all operational and tactical issues
- Ownership of NOC SLA/KPIs and provide direction to enhance the performance
- Manage onshore and offshore operation in an integrated way to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Responsible in Managing teams, conducting appraisals and Performance review for the team members.
- Ensure all the functional requirement under NOC are aligned to customer overall business and operational expectations
- Develop individual functional KPIs that are aligned to overall NOC SLAs
- Represent NOC in cross functional meetings and performance improvement plans

Other Skills
15-18 Years of experience in Assurance domain in Telecom space
- Good Knowledge of a range of Leading OEM products across technologies
- Ability to manage complex and large NOC operations
- Excellent People management skill
- Must have good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Customer focused
- Ability to understand the network operation dynamics and negotiate with customer to implement Changes
