About the Company

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join a leading Australian Utilities company. The company is currently seeking a highly skilled change manager with exceptional communication skills to manage a major transformation project. The initial contract is for 12 months, and the company offers a flexible hybrid work model.

The Role:
As a Business Change Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the operational and infrastructure changes required for a major multi-year transformation project.. You will be working closely with the Change Analyst to support other working groups while taking day-to-day direction from the program change lead. This role offers end-to-end change support.

About You:

- You should have experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- You should be an effective communicator (written and verbal) who can collaborate with others to achieve outcomes.
- You should have experience managing multiple change management projects across a complex organization.
