**How will I Help?**

As a Manager in the Strategy & Planning team, you will be required to support delivery of project workstreams of larger deliverables or drive smaller projects partnering with a range of Business Units across Group Operations and Westpac more broadly. You will also support the team with executive-level reporting, quarterly business reviews, and play a critical role in supporting the thought leadership for Group Operations.

**Responsibilities**:
**Executive Reporting**
- Deliver executive-level reports and presentations for the GO GM, leveraging metrics and data from multiple sources to provide executive visibility of the business performance whilst ensuring a high-degree of accuracy and quality
- Develop data-driven insights to provide deeper understanding of the business performance
- Ensure timely release of all Executive reports, including quarterly business review
- Assist with high priority ad-hoc reporting requests from the GE or GM Offices

**Strategic Projects Delivery**
- Support the delivery of one or more workstreams on a project - projects may vary in complexity and size
- Leverage multiple data sources to synthesise information and derive meaningful insights into the business or processes
- Summarise data and insights into key executive-level points using sharp and concise language
- Present findings and recommendations effectively to the senior stakeholders
- Support design and delivery of workplans to ensure timely and a high-quality delivery of project

**Relationship Development**
- Establish and maintain peer and senior relationships across Group Operations and the wider Westpac Group
- Work collaboratively with the various teams to support broader reporting efforts

**What do I need?**
- 2+ years business experience in consulting, corporate strategy, Transformation, Finance, or relevant business roles
- Financial services expertise preferred but not mandatory
- ‘Get stuff done’ attitude and ability manage multiple deadlines through prioritisation
- A superstar in getting organised to ensure deadlines are met
- Ability to analyse a problem and break it down in a structured manner
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and asking questions to get clarity
- Great communication skills both oral and written, and comfortable with reaching out to new stakeholders across multiple functions
- Ability to work well within a team environment and share workloads
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel
