Exciting position available for a Strategy Manager for a Not-For-Profit in Sydney. With a newly appointed CEO this NFP is looking to build out their Strategy team with approved funding from the board to work on numerous projects across a range of business units. Great first or second move from consulting to work for a purpose led organisation who strive to make a positive impact.

The Strategy Manager will partner with the Executive Team to drive change on a range of different initiatives.

As a core member of the newly created Strategy Team, you’ll be responsible for:

- Structuring problems and defining the plan of action to solve them
- Conducting complex analysis and extracting insights
- Running meetings and workshops to bring together cross-functional teams, drive ideation, prioritisation and more
- Injecting strategic and innovative thinking into the issues that the business faces
- Partner and influence key business stakeholders in order to deliver impactful plans
- Provide input into the organisation-wide strategic planning process

Education and experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in a top-tier strategy consultancy or corporate strategy team
- Strong problem
- solving acumen with ability to structure problems (both qualitative and quantitative), conduct complex analysis and extract actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personal styles and levels of management
- Ability to work and excel in a high performing team environment
- Demonstrated experience delivering executive-level presentation and high impact workshops to drive clear outcomes, including ideation and prioritisation
- Exposure to aged care, disability, community services and adjacent industries, preferred but not essential
- Comfortable working with Christian faith-based not-for-profit organisation
