**Job Title: Strategy Manager**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and maintain ASX's Balanced Scorecards to measure strategic performance.
- Define strategies and models for optimising strategic performance, ensuring organizational agility.
- Assist in leading the annual planning cycle, aligning strategic outcomes with annual business outcomes.
- Collaborate for effective allocation of funding and capacity for strategic outcomes.
- Improve key strategy governance forums, ensuring relevant strategic insights are considered.

**Key Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CPA) is a plus
- At least 7+ years of business experience in management consulting, strategy or relevant business role.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with financial software and reporting tools.
