Planning and Program Manager

**Key duties**:
- Coordinate and manage the development of building maintenance and upgrade programs through the monitoring, management and reporting of program progress against agreed budgets, timeframes and outcomes.
- Establish and maintain Senior Management relationships with client agencies and other stakeholders to support improvement in QBuild's program management and value to Government.
- Develop and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder networks, and an understanding of client perspectives and shifting priorities, whilst representing the department in a range of forums and client meetings to promote products and services and identify opportunities for new business based on emerging economic, legislative and environmental programs.
- Coordinate all aspects of the delivery and review of building and maintenance programs and ensure the provision of professional building services.
- Undertake measures of continual improvement and output performance through value for money analysis.
- Proactively manage a team of dedicated staff including work performance and personal conduct.
- Assist in the development and implementation of required procurement frameworks and associated procedures to ensure efficient and effective contract.
