Reporting to the Managing Director and Board, you will be responsible for the planning, developing and implementing strategic and operational outcomes to enhance the performance of the business. You will leverage growth prospects into new products, maximize opportunities throughout the supply chain through vertical integration.
Your leadership and commercial acumen will be critical as your team implement strategies to improve sales, service delivery, and profit objectives across every category and channel in the business. Your mandate will provide you with opportunities to drive outcomes and you will use your inclusive leadership style to foster a high performing team culture. This is a high growth business in a rapidly evolving sector needing entrepreneurial flair.

**Key responsibilities include**:
The development of the organisational strategy and 5-year plan
Proactively advising the MD & Board on key business decisions
Provide strategic advice and oversight on major strategic initiatives
Preparing and presenting commercial updates for the Board
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, procedures and quality systems
Leading, developing and transforming the business for exciting growth
Identified as having significant leadership and commercial talent, you will have the entrepreneurial drive and determination to succeed in a competitive commercial environment. You will demonstrate the communication skills required to influence and negotiate at all levels, both internally and externally. You will have experience in a branch network environment in a similar industry sector and your background will point to a history of positive impact made on the profitability and culture of previous businesses. This leadership position will suit an ambitious Executive seeking a career opportunity within a market leading organisation that operates in a dynamic and fast paced industry.
