Having recently bought and amalgamated numerous boutique companies, they are looking to hire a Chief Operating Officer to drive commercial success through leading and streamlining their business operations.

Reporting to a CEO renowned for creating psychologically safe company cultures where all employees have a voice, you will lead and inspire a team of around 100 employees across call centres and customer support, customer service delivery and field engineering.

It is likely that your proven experience will include:

- Success is senior operational leadership roles
- Creating optimized operations after the merging of multiple companies
- Leading and inspiring cultures of ownership, excellence and delivery
- Working in fast paced environments with shifting priorities
- Technology, technology services, infrastructure or telecommunication businesses experience
