**The Role**

The business is now looking to appoint a Marketing + Ecommerce Manager to support the Founders of the business. In this standalone you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to strengthen our clients market presence as well as responsibility for the organisation's marketing and communications strategies, branding and company image. You will be responsible for the primary marketing activities and ecommerce strategy for the business.

**Duties**
- Develop a brand new website
- Manage the eCommerce roadmap
- Develop marketing strategy for existing customers in order to maximise repeat business
- Develop strategy to target new customers (lead generation and set up sales funnel)
- Daily management of SEO, SEM, EDM, Google analytics
- Run promotions to our database

**About you**
- Strong track record (5+ years) developing innovative and effective marketing plans
- Degree qualified in a marketing/business-related discipline
- Strong background in B2B Marketing is preferred
- A hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks on time and to budget
- Skilled in maximising customer value perception at every touchpoint
- Experience with eCommerce platforms, tools and technologies used for website products and management
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience establishing CRO roadmaps, financial budgets and driving commercial outcomes across online channels
