We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our team on a full-time basis.

**About the role**

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for delivering the commercial growth, brand awareness and marketing and communications strategies for Dental Lounge. You will be responsible for leading a team of marketing specialists to achieve targets and grow the Dental Lounge brand. This is a marketing role encompassing branding, communications, digital and social media, advertising, and CRM management.

Your duties will include:

- Develop brand strategy in line with group vision
- Plan and execute all marketing efforts within brand strategy
- Overseeing and executing social media marketing strategy and content marketing, including community management, customer feedback and customer communications.
- Managing marketing budget and external agency relationships
- Competitor research and analysis
- Developing and managing advertising campaigns
- Communicating and managing marketing plans to all internal stakeholders
- Work with external agencies to develop marketing collateral to support marketing campaign activity
- Analyse performance and business data to identify best practices and learnings and translate findings into actionable plans

**About you**
- A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification or at least five years of relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a marketing managerial role
- Dental industry knowledge highly regarded
- Proven experience in creating, motivating, and leading a successful high performing marketing team
- Strategic/creative thinker with a passion for excellent marketing execution
- Excellent communicator and comfortable liaising across large companies at all levels

Salary range: $120,000 - $135,000 per year
