**The Role**

**Responsibilities of this role includes, but are not limited to, the following**:

- Use your marketing expertise and consumer / veterinary insights to develop the ‘go-to-market’ activation for new initiatives (examples above), ensuring successful uptake (internally and externally) of new products / services / initiatives
- Ensure the effective coordination of a team-wide approach to new product/ proposition launch, integrating content development and approvals, data and a collaborative execution across key stakeholders
- Develop clear communication frameworks (vision, strategy, and tactics) and key assets to ensure new growth opportunity areas receive maximum chance of success
- Be a VetPartners wellness champion, owning day-to-day marketing requirements for our Pet health wellness subscription programs and lead the charge on driving excitement and engagement across the business, ensuring continued penetration for this important growth area in the business
- Work with the Head of Product & Service Innovation to evaluate the impact of new products/services in relation to investment return and contribute to the VetPartners innovation pipeline & delivery of a rolling product/service development funnel across the business.
- Work with broader Customer Experience team in the development and delivery of effective end-to-end execution of new product & service initiatives
- Participate and commission relevant research to obtain key insights that inform both new product/service identification and GTM execution

**About You**:
To be successful you will have proven experience within the Marketing world in a similar capacity, you will have the ability to see things differently with creative flair, you will challenge the status quo and you will love working in an inspiring and fast-paced environment. You will have effective relationship management skills and the ability to build excellent relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and suppliers.
- A tertiary level qualification in business, marketing, or other areas relevant to the position, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training
- Experience in clinical / distributed service orientated businesses an advantage
- You'll be an experienced marketer that demonstrates high ownership, is solutions orientated with a track record of delivering acquisition activity and strong business results in a lifecycle marketing role
