Coles Liquor is a trusted retailer with three iconic trading banners, Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars. As a drinks specialist, Coles Liquor hosts an extensive range of wines, spirits and beers and we are passionate about providing customers with local and relevant products.

A unique opportunity as Process Manager for our passionate and close-knit Exclusive Liquor Brands team has arisen. In this newly created role, you’ll lead, design, and shape a process end to end. You’ll also contribute to innovation pipeline planning and derive insights for the liquor industry.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be empowered to be custodian and gatekeeper of the Coles Liquor Exclusive Brands NPD process.

**You’ll also**:

- Manage the project tracker and pipeline to reflect representation of projects
- Report on NPD project activity from project inception to post implementation
- Identify and address areas of continuous improvement with process and tools
- Escalate and risk-manage projects in line with process
- Ensure seamless execution of project approval stages
- Be the Coles Liquor contact with our agency partner.

**About you and your skills**:
Assertive and able to bring others on a journey, you’re proven in driving the continuous improvement of a process. Ideally coming from Liquor or FMCG, you’ll need 3+ years’ experience across any one of the following areas: Brand Development/Innovation/Planning Management/ Project Management/ Project Administration Planning, Customer / Trade Planning.

- Extreme attention to detail with intermediate PowerPoint & Excel skills
- Exceptional planning, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective cross function relationships
- Ability to work within tight timeframes, embrace change, and deliver excellence.
