**About the team**:
Coles Liquor is a trusted retailer with three iconic trading banners, Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars. **About the role**:
As the Trade Process Manager - Exclusive Liquor Brands (ELB) you will manage, track and report the ELB Awards Program from setting competition targets through to execution. You’ll also manage and coordinate ELB Liquor events and tastings, including Coles Showcase, Christmas Media event and Chefs Table.

You’ll also:

- Manage awards agency and lead awards amplification program
- Co-create and deliver marketing initiatives for ELB portfolio
- Act as a key point of contact and conduit for trade planning
- Work cross functionally with supermarkets own brand team to execute key events and drive food and drink joint initiatives
- Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives with key suppliers in conjunction with global marketing teams
- Be the custodian of Coles ELB brands and activation calendar, and support in the creation of ELB brand assets

**About you and your skills**:
You will have strong marketing and project management experience, ideally within a retail, FMCG or Liquor industry environment.

You’ll also have:

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and to tight deadlines
- Extensive project management skills including event management
- Ability to communicate concisely and effectively
- Strength in building internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
- Capacity to work effectively and deliver high quality outputs in a fast-paced environment
