**About the role**:
We are searching for a Service Delivery Lead to join the Major Incident Management function in Coles Technology.
- Key responsibilities include:_
- Own the Major Incident Management function and associated Problem Management activities
- Ensure that IT services are delivered to Technology and business stakeholders in accordance with Incident and Problem Management process
- Lead the maturity uplift of Incident Management Problem Management across Technology
- Ownership of the activities and processes required to restore service, confirm Cause, and reduce impact

**About you and your skills**:

- Experienced people leader with experience leading a Technology services team in a dynamic environment
- Proven ability to lead the restoration of major Technology incidents by working with technical groups and impacted business units
- Exemplary understanding of Incident Management and Problem Management processes
- Experience working cross-functionality across both Technology and business teams through major incidents, projects, and other initiatives
- Proven ability to implement process improvements and other efficiencies
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across a wide variety of stakeholders
- Ability to utilise data to highlight areas of opportunity and working with relevant stakeholders to achieve desired outcome
