**The Role**:
Critical to the broader CoINVEST business, as
**Process Lead**, you will be responsible for developing and managing the process management framework, designing new processes and procedures, ongoing testing of processes, and acting as a key contributor to the continuous improvement program of work across our operations environment. By identifying, measuring, analysing, and delivering operational process improvements you will directly influence the positive outcomes required across our employee and member experience.

**This opportunity is a Full-time, Permanent role working Hybrid from CoINVESTs East Melbourne Office and remotely.**

This
**Process Lead** role requires an individual who can:

- **Collaborate** - Through effective stakeholder engagement: measure, analyse and identify process improvements across core operational functions.
- **Document** - Proactively build and maintain a register of all business processes.
- **Create** - Implement a Process Management Framework, including tools and systems to ensure consistency, clarity and a structure which supports efficiency and ongoing innovation in this space.
- **Deliver** - Drive innovation and change using modern Project Management methodologies.
- **Improve** - Create user cases, specifications, diagrams, and process models to provide direction to our solution build team for product enhancements.
- **Manage** - Monitor and maintain an effective Process Management framework to ensure consistency and progress of all related initiatives.
