**About you and your skills**
You will be an experienced test manager/lead who will be able to set up the framework and someone who has hands on experience.
You will also have strong experience in managing a team.
You will be experience in automation testing as well.
Your skills
- Minimum of 8 years test experience with a mix of Agile methodology and testing processes
- Demonstrated experience with delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid etc.)
- Experience with test automation and building frameworks
- Ability to communicate and drive improvement initiatives
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Proven experience in testing for critical systems
- Proven experience in using confluence/Jira/X-ray (Desirable)
- Preferable to have retail ecommerce experience
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment and task switching when required
- Proactive team player
- Preferable to have ISTQB test certification
